version of cesiumlanguagewriter

Minor clarification request, the readme refers to the external project cesiumlanguagewriter and seems to indicate that version 1.0 is to be used. Latest version is 3.0.0 on their github. The version in CI pipeline is 1.0. It would be beneficial with clarity on which version is expected to be used. Personally I would prefer this to be included in the oreczml repo as a working library jar.
