As per Brouwer's hairy ball theorem, any vector field on the 2-sphere
has at least one zero. This implies that any implementation of
TileAiming interface has at least one points where the aiming direction
cannot be computed. The most typical example is aiming always towards
North pole, for which both poles are singular points.

Previous method of matching based on a regular expression could lead to an
application hang if an crafted file was loaded. Since these files can be loaded
from the network the matching mechanism was changed to avoid a potential denial
of service. Also updated the separator in ZipJarCrawler to match the convention
in JarURLConnection. Added some test cases.
