The following links provides examples of Orekit usage in a IPython notebook environment. The examples are stored in the examples directory of the repository and can be viewed directly in gitlab.
Note that for the included examples, a data file with parameters is needed in the current directory (can be downloaded from the gitlab repo. Note that default name in setup_orekit_curdir() is orekit-data.zip.
More advanced examples are also the test cases that are ran when building the conda package, available at the gitlab repo.
Running examples online without installation
The best way to get started is likely to try it online! It is through myBinder possible to run the notebooks interactively online. Note that it may take some time to launch the server.
