Switch to ITRF2020

The IERS Rapid Service/Predictions of Earth Orientation products switched from ITRF2014 to ITRF2020. See last message here: https://maia.usno.navy.mil/ser7/archive.notes

We should at some point (whenever the EOP finals files have changed to ITRF2020) update the itrf-versions.conf file.
