Improve initialization of GNSS orbit determination tutorial

Current initialization is done by using an input Key/Value file.

This format has some limits, especially when an important set of data has to be initialized (e.g. hundreds of stations, tens of satellites, etc.).

Therefore, it can be interesting to think about a new format to initialize orbit determination tutorials (YAML, etc.)

Idea are welcome! 😉
