Use YAML format for all Orekit tutorials

The purpose is to replace the current key/value input files by YAML input files for all Orekit tutorials.

This modification has been performed for the orbit determination tutorials. It shown the advantage of using YAML files compared to key/value files in terms of file size and user-friendliness of initialization.
