BoundedPropagator does not recognize AdditionalEquations
When using ephemeris generated e.g. by a numerical propagator with additional PartialDerivativesEquations, a bounded propagator with a registered OrekitStepHandler is not able to interpolate the additional state components. The exception is "unknown additional equation" and it seems due to the bounded propagator not keeping track of the additional equations used for numerical ephemerides generation.
