Some derivatives are not properly considered in FieldGnssPropagator

The derivatives with respect to aDot, deltaN0 and deltaN0Dot are not properly converted in FieldGNSSPropagator.

The values are always considered as regular double, not as gradients. This is a follow-on of issue #1860 (closed)
