Mistakes in the MariniMurrayMode class
There are two mistakes in the `MariniMurrayMode` class. One is the formula to compute variable `K`, the other is the formula to compute water vapor.
According to the ref1, the formula to compute variable `K` should be(line 87):
`final double K = 1.163 - 0.00968 * FastMath.cos(2 * latitude) - 0.00104 * T0 + 0.00001435 * P0;`
There is a typo '*' instead of '-' after 1.163.
According to the ref2, the relative humidity is defined as the ratio. So in the method `getWaterVapor`, the parameter `rh` should be converted to `rh/100.0` from percent. That is:
`final double e = rh/100.0 * fw * es;`
