Missing some Earth equatorial radius and flattening for IERS in Constants class

The IERS2003, IERS96 and IERS2010 Earth equatorial radius and flattening are not present in the Constants class whereas for instance WGS84, GRS80 or EGM96 are.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
