Add piecewise empirical force models
For precise orbit determination applications it could be useful to have an implementation of PolynomialParametricAcceleration and HarmonicParametricAcceleration that would allow for piecewise definition of the empirical coefficients.
Each coefficient would be defined with a timespan validity and the orbit determination would be able to estimate each one of them separately.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
