Wrapper to convert from mean to eccentric anomaly for eccentric orbits is wrong

New utilities for anomaly conversions have been added to version 11.3 but one of the wrappers (for retro-compatibility) to them is wrong, namely meanToEllipticEccentric in KeplerianOrbit which is actually identical to the inverse conversion
