HolmesFeatherstoneAttractionModel error with a degree 0 gravity field

The constructor of the HolmesFeatherstoneAttractionModel class returns an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException exception if the provided gravity field is of degree 0.

Even if it is a bit silly, the class should be able to handle the case.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
