Answering the issue 982 to implement the iod Gauss Extra on the architecture of the Iod package, with the creation of AnglesOnlyIod abstract class. IodGauss, IodGooding and IodLaplace inherenting the abstract class. Adding some features in the RaDec classes. Structuring the tests of the iod package.
