Version 11.1.1 is a patch release of Orekit. The main changes are:

• Added missing BDS-3 signal for Rinex 3.04.
• Removed check of not supported keys in RinexLoader.
• Enhanced parsing of SP3 files.
• Take additional derivatives into account in {Field}SpacecraftState.shiftedBy.
