RaDecAngular Measurement Bug?
This is actually in AngularRaDecMeasurementCreator.java. Didn't see much on this but apologize if my reading of the code is incorrect. I think we have a bug as such in the following code
final Vector3D stationPArrival = offsetToInertialArrival.transformVector(Vector3D.ZERO);
// Vector station position at signal arrival - satellite at signal
departure
// In inertial reference frame
final Vector3D staSat = satelliteAtDeparture.subtract(stationPArrival);
First line takes the 3D zero vector but only rotates it (no translation). So it basically just always returns a 0 vector right (this is what I am seeing at least)? Then the last line does nothing as you are just subtracting a zero vector. So you don't seem to have any topocentric correction applied (e.g. it's always from center of earth). That's what I think is going on at least.
