Set Jacoco fail and warning thresholds in CI script

This merge request aims to fix the issue #556 (closed) by setting threshold values in the CI script (Jenkinsfile).

If the required ratios are not reached, the build status is set to "Unstable" and the explanation is provided in the description window:
