Include javadoc jars or not

In the past at some point the javadoc files were also in the jar directory. Now we have the stubs that provides a very nice annotation & doc. But I am not sure, but there could be some IDE's that do not support stubs and then it could potentially be good to include javadoc jars - jpype does pick up some info from these which could be good to have in some cases (https://jpype.readthedocs.io/en/latest/userguide.html#javadoc). It does give a larger package. What are your thoughts on this?
