Make Rugged able to deal with seamless DEM tiles (no overlapping constraints)

DEM tiles must be overlapping by at least one line/column in all directions. To avoid user to pre-process their DEM, Rugged must be able to deal with seamless DEM tiles, as well as DEM with overlapping tiles.
