Add a page listing scientific articles related to Orekit

It could be interesting to add a page for the scientific articles related to Orekit. Maybe on the "Documentation" part.
And Maxime's comment on the same issue:
Inside the "Publications" page we could have two categories:
- One with the paper where the subject is Orekit, like your paper on DSST orbit determination, Luc's paper on Precise Orbit Determination, Andrea's paper on Taylor algebra etc...
Maybe we could also add there the different presentations for the Orekit days.- Another category with the mathematical references of Orekit, like we had in the old Redmine forge, with for example the Semianalytic Satellite Theory theses from Danielson etc...
