Use the Action enum from Hipparchus as all three enum definitions were the same.
Avoid needing to translate enums.

Thanks to Walter Grossman for finding the issue.

The test now runs. The results are not too bad (0.89m standard
deviation on pseudo-range residuals), but can certainly be
improved.

The order is primarily based on chronological order, but with also
value comparisons if measurements are simultaneous, which occurs a
lot in GNSS. This ensures no measurements are lost if stored in
SortedSet.

These deprecated references were replaced by references to the new
feature in Hipparchus MatrixDecomposer.

BEWARE! It is not tested yet in multi-sat yet. The conversion was
initiated and the only thing that has been tested is that the
mono-satellite case still works. It does.

This will allow later on to also have AngularRaDec for angular
measurements based on optical telescopes observing spacecraft
on stars background.
