This setting is independent from the mean elements
settings in DSST tutorial.

The factorial ratios used when |s| ≤ m are now computed once and shared
among several instances. Some calls to the slow pow function for trivial
arguments -1 and +2, have been replaced by faster alternatives.

The type specified by user was ignored when computing variable
stepsize integrator tolerances.

Also increased output accuracy.

The first implementation uses a single reflection coefficient.
The second implementation uses a pair of absorption and specular
reflection coefficients using the classical convention about
specular reflection.
The third implementation uses a pair of absorption and specular
reflection coefficients using the legacy convention from the 1995
CNES book.

This change also allow deserializing models that were set up with
different correction configurations. Previously, the current
configuration was unique and applied even for deserialized instances.

The CONSTANTS field in JPLEphemerisLoader has been removed
