NumericalPropagator.tolerances return java.lang.Object not typing.List[float]
I want to test OsculatingToMeanElementsConverter with orekit-python-wrapper,

NumericalPropagator.tolerances return a two element list, but when I use tol[0],tol[1] as input argument for DormandPrince853Integrator, the error show:

minStep = 1.0
maxStep = 200.0
integrator = DormandPrince853Integrator(minStep, maxStep, tol[0], tol[1])
ERROR:
integrator = DormandPrince853Integrator(minStep, maxStep, tol[0], tol[1])
