Crash during DSST propagation with osculating parameters and 3rd body perturbations
During DSST propagation with osculating parameters, the propagation is crashing during the evaluation of the short periodic terms for 3rd body perturbations.

As the problem seems linked to the computation of the short periodic terms, the same propagation works well with mean parameters.propOscDSST.py
