TabulatedProvider ignores frame passed in getAttitude call
When a TabulatedProvider is created, it has a set of predefined attitudes
that have been computed in a fixed reference frame.
When the getAttitude() method is called, user can ask for the attitude
in a different frame. This is currently ignored, the returned attitude
is just interpolated in the table and no frames conversion is attempted.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
