CRDParser parses date wrong for CRD files spanning multiple days
There are some CRD files where the measurement data spans more than a day, for instance this CRD file ends shortly after midnight on the next day: https://edc.dgfi.tum.de/en/data/frd/1992739/
This causes a rollover in the seconds of day field of the 10
records which is not handled by CRDParser
.
In CRDParser.java:717
, the epoch of a range record is defined as the start epoch of the file + the seconds of day, which does not work anymore in the case of a "seconds rollover".
