Re-use 6x6 identity Jacobian in CartesianOrbit

This change has been observed to provide a small time saving in propagation. In my use case, it was 2.4%. See screenshot of VisualVM below. This is a very small saving, but the change is so simple I couldn't see a reason not to do it.
