As per ticket: https://forum.orekit.org/t/latitude-and-longitude-crossing-detector/2908 I would like to propose creation of 2 new detectors.
Unfortunately the pipeline fails as there are some Maven errors. Can you help me in fixing it? Thanks Alberto
