Rename orekit_jpype imports to orekit

This is a proposal to address issue #2 (closed) .

The modification in pyproject.toml allows installing the library under the name orekit_jpype to avoid confusion with the conda (jcc) version of orekit, but still the user will be able to import the packages under the name orekit.
