Add refraction model
Refraction bends the line of sight during atmosphere crossing.
The effect is of the order of magnitude of 1 or 2 meters, null at nadir
and
increasing as viewing angle changes. It is therefore more important
for
sensors with wide field of view or agile spacecrafts during sideways
observations.
