Implementation of Relative Motion package based on CW and YA equations and rpo maneuvers.

A new package "realtive" into "propagation" has been created with:

  • implementation of the equations of CW and YA.
  • Additional providers to propagate the CW and YA chaser's state together with the the target.
  • Implementation of mehtods to compute two impulse rendezvous using CW and YA
  • Field counterparts of the classes of this package

A subpackage "rpomaneuver" to perform the typical rpo maneuvers sequence:

  • linear transfer
  • forced circular transfer
  • natural circumnavigation
  • relative natural circular orbit motion
  • tear drop motion using Clohessy-Wiltshire equations.
  • Field counterparts of the classes of this package

Add a TwoImpulse transfer class in control->heuristics and its field counterpart.
