Update to jpype 1.5.2 and minor logging on render stubs script

I tested on my Windows machine, it works, thanks. However since the first commit (update to jpype 1.5.2), the CI pipeline segfaults, weird (https://gitlab.orekit.org/orekit/orekit_jpype/-/pipelines/7589)..

I didn't see any github issue about this on the jpype github

Yes tried reverting to jpype 1.5.0 as a test and the CI pipeline runs.

Moved back to 1.5.2, CI pipeline failing.

Maybe you could open a github issue on the jpype github? I don't have unfortunately the capacity right now (and neither in the next few days/weeks) to debug this.
